okay, let me get this straight...a government sanctioned Justice League of America consists of Hawkman (meh why not) Green Arrow (would have preferred him in JL, but I'll go with it), Stargirl (okay, nice choice, go for something a little fresh), MM (good choice), new GL (aka Ray Mysterio...but I won't judge), Vibe (right...), Catwoman (a part time crimonal??) and Katana ( a murdering sktzophrenic psychopath) and wait for it...

On a more serious note.... I'd say

Iron Fist - could easily beat Deathstroke

Wolverine - could take Deadpool

Batman - he can take Green Goblin easily

Daredevil - could be a challenge for Spidey?

Bane - will break the Beast...

Dick is definitely more of an older brother, even if was to have stayed "dead". Damian idolises Bruce.

but yeah, Catgirl would be my guess and lol at the Supergirl suggestion. That would be an interesting one...
