In my opinion Majestic wins.
  - Think he is slightly more powerful than Superman -
  - Has more experience in using his powers ( he is several millennia old ) -
  - Genius-level intellect -
  - Master warrior, especially in the use of bladed weapon -
  - Former Universal ( but he didn't lose his powers) -
Of course, this won't be an easy fight. He fights no ordinary hero!

- Avatar #2 (Charmed) -  Good and evil are such useless categories. Endlessly in battle, neither side ever winning.

- Apocalypse (X-Men The Animated Series) -  He who controls time controls every eventuality.

- The Matrix Reloaded -
Morpheus: What happened, happened and couldn't have happened any other way.
   Neo: How do you know?
   Morpheus: We are still alive.

I really don't like Namor - Arrogant, overconfident, annoying marine mammal with ridiculous ankle-wings. A king of Atlantis, which is always in some kind of peril. Come on, give it a rest! I wish somebody could just sand-drown him in Sahara desert.
Luck Cage - Totally unnecessary character ( i don't hate him or like him ).
                           Captain America - Outdated.

Terry with Bat-Suit (Enhanced strength, cloaking device) wins easily.
In pure hand-to-hand combat it is difficult to say. Todd is extremely deadly fighter . On the other hand, McGinnis , in his late twenties, has skills that may be rivaling Bruce's own. And he is not above fighting dirty .
I think fight can go either way.

My opinion
DC Richest: Bruce Wayne ( Wayne Enterprises )
DC Poorest: Billy Batson ( penniless and homeless )

My opinion:
Suit is..... OK. Cavill looks buff. Only thing missing is belt. Something to visually separate upper and lower part of the body. Other than that, suit is acceptable (for the time being).

I really enjoyed The Iron Saint (originally known as Iron and the Maiden). Too bad there are only 4 issues. I like an idea of retro future in 1930s.
