Manhunter has a healing factors, once Billy starts getting cut, damaged, bruised, broken there is nothing he can do about it

Manhunter can use ranged attacks, Billy can't really he has to get in close and yell "Shazam" and every time he does that he risks getting his yap covered up and getting totally de-powered

Yes,but his usual array of weapons does not equal Rambo's military firepower combined with all his jungle traps.
Rambo has a better array of supplies like machine guns,arrows,exploding arrows,knives,and other military equiptment and Kraven only has things like nets,spears,and stuff like that. However Kraven has physical advantage over Rambo due to his superhuman attributes but imo it's nothing a bullet won't solve.
Wolverine can surive an atomic bomb. Wolverine is able to take down sentinels now i am not saying that a sentinel would stack up to Optimus but i assume they are both giant robotic things so they must come apart the same way plus Optimus i don't think has any atomic bombs and even if he did it wouldn't kill Wolverine.
