Awesome news! Still think the "leaked" footage was done on purpose to gauge people's reactions, but wither way I'm just psyched this is going to happen.

Just to put in my 2 cents I do hope Ryan Renyolds VOICES the character, I don't think we should see his face at all unless its a quick glimpse of the cancer face.

Is it just me or does the fantast-a-car look like a wiener? Juvenile I know but still the first thing I saw when looking at the previews.

Am I the only one who while reading all the is/isn't racist posts got cracked up by the random MY STEP MOTHER MAKES $71hr ON THE INTERNET post? Completely killed the faux tension that was building up as I read. Pretty sure its the only time I'm been appreciative of spam.

It sounds interesting for sure, but with what I'm sure will be multiple tie-ins besides the Spider-Man & Daredevil ones which were already mentioned, I think I'll wait and buy this as a trade. I get the feeling it would probably read better that way as well.

I know there is some concern about an overload of characters in the movie and that bc of that the story quality may suffer, but the Rogue issue got me thinking... If the scene(s) she is in got cut then she is probably not featured very prominently in the movie yet she still got an Empire cover. Most likely the movie is gonna center around Xavier (past & future) Magneto (past & future) and Wolverine and all the other mutants are just gonna play minor or bit roles.

It makes more to have the characters to build towards future stories or franchises (X-Force) but they can use DoFP to be introduced to audiences rather than starring in a movie where most people don't know or understand who they are.

"Hush" was such a fantastic story, I still love going back and rereading it. The story and the art were amazing, and if an animated version could capture that same magic as the printed version I think it could surpass even "Under the Red Hood" in terms of quality.
