@karbacca:  Uploaded Nick Fury colored work.

I'm still not happy with it, but it's practice and hopefully I'll get better with hair and skin tone with some more work. I wanted to try and make Fury a bit younger, edgier looking with some highlights in his hair. Maybe what Nick Fury would look like on a teen drama type TV show :)

@karbacca:  Nice line work. I think I'm going to try one of those. Give me a chance to work on skin tones and hair details.

@sora_thekey: Another nice one.

Thanks for the submissions.

@M.S. Feather:  lol, you should stop by the Color Jam thread and pick up some line work and practice. ;) Sometimes, it's just the line work that lends itself to good coloring. I suck at a lot of colorings just because I only have basic/foundation skills. I still need to work on highlights and shadows/shading techniques and theories.

@tonis:  Thanks. The line work artist had some nice clean lines and great pencils on the source drawing, so a lot of credit goes to the source for good source material.

@Caligula:

I'm still hoping for a few more colorists to jump into the thread, but for the time being I'll submit some of my colorings :)

Hope you like it.

@Wattup:

Different writers do it differently. Some publishers/writers, write scripts detailing exactly what's going on in every panel. Others, just describe what's going on and provide dialogue and leave the layout up to the artists. Some writers even do layouts (sketches of the page to show the artist exact what they want, and used to guide the artists, but not necessary for the artist to trace).

Here's a nice resource that I've bookmarked (never created one, but always wanted to). It has a good walk through of the process along with sample scripts to look at.
