Nemesis with ease. The real Lovecraftian Yog-Sothoth has two feats; getting a woman pregnant and then killing his son with a powerful bolt of energy. Nemesis/the incomplete infinity being was the manifestation of the Marvel multiverse, and is the power behind the Infinity Gauntlet. An item that far exceeds any of Lovecraft's original monsters.
