Both are extremely powerful in there own way but I will have to go for Adam Warlock for the winner, the Infinity Gauntlet is just to powerful.

He should have psychic blocks setup, he can reality warp to high degrees and anything that is within his imagination would be granted by the Master Emerald. The only method that was able to defeat him was through that of sacrificial means in connection with his source of power which is the Master Emerald, I don`t think psychic or soul infiltration will harm him.

@jackknight: Enerjak should win he is more powerful overall but it depends on his level of imagination and how he chooses to operate his abilities, and I agree Enerjak would tear down Juggernaut with ease.

@jackknight: The relevance of bringing op Juggernaut is that you can be indestructible yet be beaten by a psychic.

Well Enerjak is a very powerful villain (actually the most powerful Sonic villain believe it or not).

As I said to The_Imperator, when Mammoth Mogul (Another Sonic villain) had some of Enerjak's powers he was crushing parts of the multiverse with his bear hands.
