That makes sense.

I did mean Nico from Runaways, but I also meant the fact that the Staff of One can be used by anyone.

Are all people, theoretically following comic book physics (hah), born with the ability to use magic and they just need to learn how to use it or do you have to be born special?  
 
I mean, it would make sense that everyone was born with the ability. Just look at the Runaways or Dr. Doom. But it just seems that it gives everyone that opening. 
 
So, just in theory, even people like Beast or Wolverine could become magic users if they learned. And nobody wants that, right?
 
I was having a debate with one of my friends and I'm just a little curious.
