Short Description:

 Enigmatic and merciless man who seemingly came out of nowhere. Isaac N. Smith often introduces himself as a humble researcher but appearances could be very deceiving. In reality, Isaac is a demonic alchemist with skills and cruelty previously unheard of. Presumably, Isaac lived for many centuries in hiding, content with doing his sick experiments in secret. Yet for some reason this man chose to reveal himself to the world once again. As an alchemist with immense knowledge, Isaac is the master of both elixirs and matter. Also he developed an unique alchemy to control physical vectors, dubbed "Ars Vectorica". In addition, being an alchemist means Isaac is possession of highly advanced science. He possesses machines and technology far superior to the modern world. Isaac has an entire small army of menacing, alchemically enhanced killing machines referred as Golems. Furthermore, being an ancient immortal Isaac has the ability to consume souls or manipulate them to his liking. Despite all that, Isaac's most dangerous weapon is his own devious mind. He's an expert manipulator and sadistic schemer whose objectives are presently unknown.

History on the Vine

Vine Syndicate

In 2010, Isaac became the member of the Vine Syndicate, a team of supervillains led by Daggerklutz. The details are unknown but Isaac apparently joined on his own volition, offering his services to the bald villain. Most likely Isaac had hidden motive but Daggerklutz were either too smart or too naive since he didn't care.

Isaac led the mass-breakout of many highly dangerous convicts to bolster the ranks of the Vine Syndicate. Assuming the fake identity of a government official, Isaac managed to infiltrate Reigner's Prison for the Criminally Insane (RPCI). He was escorted the the cell of Sam White known as the supervillain Ajax. Isaac pretended he needs to talk with the villain and ordered the guard James Thompson to open the cell. But before James could comply, Isaac secretly implanted with a Spine Worm, turning the prison guard into his puppet in an instant. The alchemist then staged an elaborate play to pretend James had a sudden change of heart. James pointed a gun against Isaac, performing a fake hostage play to confuse the security. James released the Ajax's restraints thus freeing the villain. Meanwhile Isaac had a telepathic conversation with Ajax, telling him to keep the guards occupied while the alchemist had other business to do.
