I'll pick up the third issue. Jeff Lemire's writing Green Arrow's origin in it, and I'm curious to see what he does with it.

But, other than that, I have the same general complaint as everybody else: Give some new or lesser-known characters the spotlight, even if for just a minute.

Wow. I'm not picking up anything from Marvel next week. I usually have a couple.

Does anybody else think it's going to be absolutely hilarious seeing a character with (presumably) next to no training in the usage of firearms (besides counteracting them) utilizing them? I feel like this can only end well.

Anyway, I've never been a huge Nightwing/Dick Grayson fan, so I don't have too much to comment on here. For those who are fans of the character, I hope this does well both in the growth and development of the character and in sales.

Though some of the vehemence towards just the very idea here is somewhat frightening.

I've never read anything by Pfeifer. How is he?

Also, and I'm probably alone on this, but I liked Beast Boy in red. It fit for the origin they gave him in the New 52. Oh, well. I'm fine with him as green.

And they were such good friends for those few issues in City Fall! Still, always good to see Slash.

Just a thought, but when Emiko discovers who her mom and dad are, as she inevitably will, I want to see something interesting. Instead of suddenly aligning herself with the parents who had no hand in her upbringing, not that leaving Komodo wouldn't unwarranted given her reaction to him killing police, I'd like to see her side with the man that raised and cared for her. After all, comic books, especially team ones, demonstrate that family is more than those we share blood with.

So, a couple things:

Batman 30: Really hoping that Killer Croc has something to do with this story arc. He is one of Batman's more savage foes.

Detective Comics 30: Probably going to be the 'Icarus' stuff introduced in the Flash.

Green Arrow 30: Wow, Kodiak's already switching sides? That didn't take long. Just a thought, but when Emiko learns Komodo isn't actually her father, if she doesn't already know, I still want her to choose the man that cared for and raised her over the people with whom she shares blood.

Justice League United 0: I'm excited for this. Adam Strange, Animal Man, and written by Jeff Lemire? Good reason to be excited.

The Movement 11: I really hope this series continues for some time. I've been enjoying it, but I feel like it's already lining up at the chopping block.

Nightwing 30: Final Issue? Uh-oh . . .

Superman/Wonder Woman 7: Doomsday is here. If somebody important doesn't die, I am going to be very disappointed.

Teen Titans 30: And Beast Boy's green again. Is it too much just to ask for a little consistency?

Teen Titans Annual 3: Oh, there's Skitter! I thought Lobdell had forgotten about her.

I'll be sad to see this book go as Teen Titans (pre-52) was the first comic I really started buying and reading. And I've tried to stick with it, through the thick and thin, and the current writing has definitely been one of the 'thick' portions of its publication, mostly due to the fact that Mr. Lobdell seems to forget story lines. Critter meets up with somebody else in NOWHERE and is taken away? Never heard from again. Back-up story involving Kid Flash and dinosaur kids? Left unfinished. There are several other instances like that that I can't call to mind without my comics right in front of me, but it has been a point of consternation for quite some time.

My greatest concern is about where these characters will be going, especially since there appears to be (GREEN?! Man, unlike most folks, I enjoyed the crimson coloration. Made sense with the Red and everything) Beast Boy on the cover, one of my favorite characters.

@al_capown: Unless the Wolf Spider in Bane's army somehow figured out how to shrink himself down, definitely not. The Wolf Spider from Detective Comics is taller than Bane with really long limbs and wears body armor, not a suit.

On another note, that is a bit disappointing. I can understand more than once character using a alias, (I'm surprised there aren't more doubled up aliases) but to have the introduction of two new characters with the same code name in under a year just seems kind of lazy.
