I think Jubilee would retain her super strength and speed... since as of issue #1, she doesn't have any of her vampire urges or vulnerabilities to sunlight... yet she was still able to leg press Rockslide and chase Pixie.

I think there are a few possibilities with this series and Jubilee's future in general:

1) Jubilee accepts being a vampire and stays on the X-Men as an ally... fighting against her dark nature.
2) Jubilee continues to undergo treatments with Wolverine's blood... she becomes more peaceful and true to herself, while retaining the superpowers associated with being a vampirism. She stays on the X-Men.
3) Jubilee's treatment with Logan's blood causes a positive mutation in her... which she would not need anymore blood transfusions from Logan. This would allow her to keep her good vampire abilities and also have a healing factor that fights off her vulnerability to sunlight, etc. She stays on the X-Men.
4) The treatment causes Jubilee to become human and back to being powerless... in the long run, it is better than feeling guilty of being a vampire.
5) Jubilee dies or decides to have Logan or one of her loved ones end her misery as a vampire.
6) The blood treatment somehow cures Jubilee and gives her back her old mutant powers.

I would say that of all of the options, #s 2 and 3 are the most possible outcomes. #1 could happen, but we really don't need to have her as a brooding dark character who fights off the evil in every issue. I'd be fine with #s 4 and 6... but it doesn't seem like the direction Marvel wants her to go in. #5 has the smallest possibility, especially since issue #1 sold out at diamond and is on the second printing. Marvel realizes Jubilee is a very popular character.

Jubilee was 16 and a half in Generation X about 7-10 issues before the series ended. She actually mentioned her age on panel... something about having too much homework, etc.

She is currently "17," which could mean anywhere from just-turned-17 to almost 18. I'm assuming it is the latter... since she and Emma were briefly discussing college in Wolverine and Jubilee #1. In any event, that would mean only a year or a little more has passed since Generation X ended.

In that .5-1.5 year time frame, Jubilee would have experienced:
-the end of Generation X
-going to LA with Skin to attempt acting as a career
-joining X-Corps with M and Husk to look after Banshee
-going back to LA and getting kidnapped/crucified by the church of humanity
-healing, attending Havok and Polaris' 'wedding and bachelorette party,' Skin's funeral, joining the X-Men to rescue Nightcrawler
-hanging around the mansion and then being taken off active duty due to Cyclops feeling she needed a mental break
-going to Beverly Hills to live with her Aunt, high school, peer advisor
-going back to the mansion
-loosing her powers due to M-Day
-working at a clinic for depowered mutants, getting kidnapped and almost killed by Omega Red
-healing and then joining/becoming field leader for the New Warriors; disbanding the group (after 20 issues worth of stories)
-working at the clinic again and visiting with Wolverine a few times
-visiting Utopia
-meeting up with Pixie and then getting turned into a vampire via a vamp suicide bomber... to the events of Wolverine and Jubilee #1

It doesn't seem very logical, especially looking at some of the things she has done in that group of events. She should be older than 17... however... I am happy so far with the miniseries and think she is getting a lot of attention.

I would agree that Jubilee is at least 19 years old, especially due to the experiences she has gone through and the jobs she has had.

Field Leader of New Warriors
Helped run an ex-mutant clinic
Worked for an online political campaign
Lived by herself without any adult supervision or support
Went to Polaris' bachelorette party while staying at the X-Mansion
Can drive a car without an adult accompanying her
Suggested having a keg party as a Generation X alumni reunion
Was an actress, again, without any adult consent

However... the people in charge over at Marvel Comics mandated to Kathryn Immonen (who is writing the Wolverine and Jubilee miniseries this January,) that Jubilee is only 17 years old.
Yep... Jubilee is officially 17, according to Marvel. Sigh.  In Generation X #68 or something close to that, Jubilee stated herself that she was 16 years old... that was around ten years ago.

BUT... I guess we should be happy that Jubilee has been getting a TON of spotlight over the past months, and is set to have a ton more next year already. Marjorie Liu is also planning to use her in an upcoming X-23 arc.
And... look at it this way. Jubilee was selected as the field leader to the New Warriors at only 17 years of age. (although I think Kevin Grevioux had her as older in his mind.) This says a lot for her character. Night Thrasher selected her as the leader, clearly being one of the youngest members of the team.

Jubilee's eyes were originally listed as Hazel colored in the Handbook of the Marvel Universe in 1989, which is when she first appeared. Over the years, they have been either brown/hazel or blue... even Marvel.com listed them as either one or the other.
It generally depended on the artist... but in a Q & A segment from a Generation X comic, someone asked what color Jubilee's eyes were. The response was that her eyes were brownish, but "a girl can always expiriment with blue contacts."

As far as powers-

Jubilee:
Has been described as-
Generation of pure light-energy plasmoids
Pyrokinesis
Energy Manipulation

Basically, Jubilation Lee generates hot and bright plasma that can be formed in orbs, globs, streamers, sparks, and beams. She controls the shape, size, color, and intensity of each blast or sparkle... and mentally controls where they travel. She can also just toss them in a direction, causing them to explode on impact. The power that she emits varies from being able to blind/stun/dazzle enemies, illuminate dark places, burn/scald/melt/or explode solid objects- including enemies. Her powers are more violent when she is scared or really ticked off. She has the capability of causing strokes (which she has never done,) blowing up large buildings (she has done several times,) and knocking people unconscious (which she has done... but never to the point of killing someone. She was close, but gave CPR to a man she knocked out.)

I'd definately recommend any of the issues in BOLD, as they really feature Jubilee at her best... either dialogue/emotional, powers, or fight scenes.

I was also going to mention the what if? issue... but decided against it since it isn't canon.

However, the issue is really good- it basically is the similar storyline where Jubes beats Sabertooth w/a tazer to save Bishop... however... this time she kills him in the danger room.

Sure- I have a few scans... and no prob:

This is from the issue when Wolverine was Death, the Horseman of the Apocalypse. This is right after Jubilee blasted Logan out of the air when he was trying to kill Archangel. Jubes blasted him, calmed him out of his rage, and then Psylocke wiped his mind clean of Poccy's control.

The next two images are of Jubilee going up against Hunter Brawn... the man she discovered to be responsible for hiring the men who killed her parents. Brawn actually had powers similar to Armor of the X-Men, via the use of technology. Generation X Annual '99.

She defeated him in battle, but spared his life. She redirected her energy blast to blow up his building instead of killing him.

Jubilee (and Robin from DC,) defeated Two-Face during the Marvel/DC All Access crossover. I forgot to mention this in my previous post. Jubes and Tim switched capes/trenchcoats to trick Harvey... when he went to attack Robin, he was surprised to see that it was Jubilee instead. She heat blast/blinded him in the face... used Robin's bo staff to trip him... and then Robin used his grapple gun to swing kick him off of a building.

The next two are from Generation X, when Jubes was kidnapped by Bastion during Operation: Zero Tolerance. He wanted to torture her to retrieve information about the X-Men. This was her first escape attempt... in which she woke up in confinement and blasted her way through the Hulkbuster Base.

This shows that she knocked out several of the OZT soldiers (armed with machine-type guns.) Instead of continuing her escape, she instead gave one of the men CPR... saving his life. This, however, took valuable time which later led to her recapture.
The title of this issue is, "The Power, The Fury. Jubilation Lee: Unleashed."

This is part of Jubilee's battle against Sauron. I don't have the scans of the panels in which she knocks him out cold... but this is just before she does so.

Hope this helps- enjoy :)

@Malice Wonderland:
Wow. I can't believe that no one has been able to come up with people that Jubilee has taken down in combat. I guess I'm the first then... I've contributed to her bio pages on newwarriors.net, marvel.com, comicvine, and wikipedia.... so here goes:

Jubilee has battled and won against:
---Starting from earliest to most recent----
Pre- X-Men
Mall Rent-a-Cops
cybernetic dog in the Australian Outback that belonged to the Reavers (blew it up)
The Nanny (in the Australian Outback)
Donald Pierce, King of the Hellfire Club- (Australian Outback... buried him under a pile of rocks with her explosions)
The Hand Ninja group (in Madripoor)
Mandarin (blew up his mansion, which freed Wolverine and Psylocke)
Savage Land dinosaur fliers-
Sentinels (teamed with Wolverine in the Outback)
Reno and Molokai- the men who killed her parents (blinded them and beat them unconscious)

As an X-Man-
members of the Shi'ar Galaxy (fought alongside the X-Men, specifically Gambit- big explosions)
Sabertooth- (he infiltrated the mansion, fought Jubilee and Bishop, and Jubes took him down with a tazer to the back to save Bishop's life)
members of the Phalanx (fought alongside Emma Frost)
Sauron- (she was the last X-Man standing and managed to knock him unconscious with a powerful burst of light to his brain... saving the X-Men.)

During Generation X-
Emplate round 1 --- taunted him into stealing her powers on purpose... which made him so angry that he blew himself unconscious with her fireworks.
Emplate round 2 --- got angry at Emplate for possessing her and some of Gen X... pointed at him with her finger... and blew him unconscious, along with blowing up Proudstar Hall, a large annex to the Gen X Academy. This freed the M twins from their Penance shell. This was also the last time that Emplate tried to mess with Generation X or any X-Character until he reappeared this past year in Necrosha.
Brainwashed Rogue/Psylocke- Jubilee managed to blast them each strong enough to knock them down so she could escape with Kitty Pryde and rescue Wolverine from the Viper.
Bastion- Jubilee thwarted Bastion's attempts at killing the captured X-Men... she freed them, and escaped with one of Bastion's assistants named Daria.
Armed Guards in Operation Zero Tolerance- she knocked several unconscious and gave one of them CPR.
Prime Sentinels- during Operation Zero Tolerance. She fought one to a standstill until Wolverine intervened.
Monet St. Croix- they had a very intense fight and the match ended in a tie.
Hunter Brawn- the man who hired Reno and Molokai to kill her parents- she hunted him down and blew up his warehouse... and sent him to jail after threatening to burn his skin off.
Wolverine as Death Horseman of the Apocalypse- Jubilee saved Archangel from Wolverine with a large fireworks blast that sent him flying into a building. She then talked him down from his rage, which allowed Psylocke to free him from his spell.

During X-Corps-
The Blob (beat him with help from Husk and Stacy X)

Back to the X-Men-
several random demons while working with the X-Men to save Nightcrawler from Azazel.
Mall Rent-A-Cops

LA
Jubilee defeated a crime boss and his men to a standstill while trying to find her teacher's stolen car in Los Angeles

New Warriors- as Wondra-
Grey Gargoyle
several members of the Zodiac
Machinesmith
Night Thrasher- Donyell Taylor- she beat him around until Sofia stopped the fight
Super Skrull- she killed him by stomping him to death

---------------------------
I'm sure I missed a few other fights... but those are the most I could think of Jubilee winning- off the top of my head. Hope this helps clear up the fact that Jubilee can and has kicked butt.

here is a preview video made by KingAnon, that shows some of Jubilee's moves vs Robin:

http://www.youtube.com/v/BO8N3m1pph0&hl=en

you can download her here:

http://greenlanternhaljordan.blogspot.com/

she is my first character... the second version that may still be a WIP if I find time to improve it.

It is the first full Jubilee character for Mugen, which is a freeware pc fighting game that lets you download characters from tons of games to fight as.

she has a hyper move, about five special firework moves, standing/crouching/jumping attacks, pain/blocking/dizzy/thrown/dead sprites, an intro, three taunts, a win animation, and more. Also, her voice is Jubilee's voice from X-Men Legends.

enjoy!
