The Moon Knights walking into the tomb, standing across the table, looking toward Anubis. Anubis is sitting up, a bit surprised.

ANUBIS: You… you’ve finally arrived.

MOON KNIGHT: You seem surprised.

ANUBIS: Ra… I am surprised that he was weak after all.

Anubis reaching for the handle of his sheathed sword.

ANUBIS: He had so much power, that he felt it was proper to conceal it most of the time…

Anubis’s disgusting smile. His large, sharp fangs.

ANUBIS: Tell me you don’t recognize this animal smile…

ANUBUSHMAN: I am the compromise. I am my own avatar, and yet I am not!

Thoth in a crawlspace above, writing down what he sees. Khonshu is looking at Thoth.

MOON KNIGHT: Then let him speak.

Moon Knight holding Anubushman against a wall by the throat.

MOON KNIGHT: PROVE YOU’RE REALLY BUSHMAN!

MOON KNIGHT: THEN, TELL ME HOW LONG HE’S BEEN YOUR AVATAR!

Anubushman’s face. There are no longer white eyes glowing. He looks like the regular Bushman.

BUSHMAN: GHK

BUSHMAN: WH…WHERE…

Bushman’s eyes wide open. In terror.

BUSHMAN: MOON KNIGHT!?

BUSHMAN: NO! NO NO NO!!!

BUSHMAN: THE PILLS!

BUSHMAN: THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO KEEP YOU OUT OF MY HEAD!

Moon Knight’s eyes, glaring.

BUSHMAN: NO MORE NIGHTMARES!!!

BUSHMAN: IT’S MY FACE! YOU CAN’T HAVE IT!

ANUBUSHMAN: And by the way, he’s been mine since the second Committee hired him to break you… then you cut off his face.

ANUBUSHMAN: But then he was resurrected.

Moon Knight kicking Anubushman in the face.

Khonshu rests his back on one armrest of the throne, kicking his legs over the other armrest of the throne.

KHONSHU: Yeah, pretty much.

Moon Knight looking back at Jake and Steven Moon Knight. Moon Knight is holding up Anubushman by the collar, and punching him in the face brutally.

MOON KNIGHT: Grab him, put him on the table.

MOON KNIGHT: Pin him there.

Khonshu looking at Jake and Steven Moon Knight.

KHONSHU: His rage speaks for him.

KHONSHU: Do what he says.

KHONSHU: Something tells me we’re approaching the dramatic conclusion.

Moon Knight glaring toward Anubushman. Jake and Steven Moon Knight are holding him down to the table by his chest with one hand, while both their free hands are reaching toward their belts.

Khonshu is standing next to Moon Knight.

KHONSHU: I imagine Bushman had no idea.

ANUBUSHMAN: THIS-

ANUBUSHMAN: THIS ISN’T FAIR!

Jake and Steven Moon Knight both have a crescent dart in their free hands.

The crescent darts are glowing red.

KHONSHU: But just… think about it.

KHONSHU: Think of all the pain and suffering Anubis absorbed through Bushman…

ANUBUSHMAN: WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?

18.4

Jake and Steven Moon Knight are both jamming their crescent darts into Anubushman’s forearms, pinning him to the table.

KHONSHU: All from you.

KHONSHU: Think of how he watched.

ANUBUSHMAN: GGYYYAAAAAHHHHH!!!

Moon Knight, with an eerily emotionless expression.

KHONSHU: Of how he laughed.

ANUBUSHMAN: AAGGGGHH!!!

Moon Knight standing in front of the pinned Anubushman. Jake and Steven Moon Knight are impaling Anubushman’s legs as well. Those crescent darts are also glowing.

Moon Knight’s hands are starting to glow red.

MOON KNIGHT: Last time I killed you, I took your face.

MOON KNIGHT: This symbol.

Moon Knight tossing the crescent dart down like it’s trash. His hands are still glowing.

MOON KNIGHT: But that’s not how I’ll do it this time.

Moon Knight with one foot on the table, in the process of climbing up on top.

MOON KNIGHT: This time, I’ll take more than just your face.

Moon Knight jamming his hand into Anubushman’s chest.

MOON KNIGHT: This time, I take YOUR HEART.

Anubushman screaming.

ANUBUSHMAN: GGHHHAAA

MOON KNIGHT: FOR THE ONLY THING I HAVE THAT’S WORTH LIVING FOR.

Thoth is vanishing into smoke.

KHONSHU: He’ll be giving his script to me any second now.

The Moon Knights looking toward Khonshu.

MOON KNIGHT: What?

KHONSHU: Oh, my priests… my boys.

Khonshu’s eyes.
