HYBRID: YEAH!
HYBRID: It’s FREAKY!
CAPTION: MIKE: I’m glad things are just boring. Makes things better, more peaceful.
CAPTION: SCOTT: Agreed. And Brad’s all locked away, along with Riot.
CAPTION: MIKE: Amen to that.
HYBRID: Amen to that.

4/ Hybrid sitting up.

THUG: HHEEELPP!!!
CAPTION: MIKE: Move!
HYBRID: Don’t have to tell me!

5/ Hybrid leaning over the ledge, looking toward the ground 3 stories down, at an alley. A thug is pinned against the wall by MOON KNIGHT, at least, A Moon Knight.

This Moon Knight has an odd design; his cape is a bit torn and his costume is only Moon Knight in name only, he has kneepads and very “realistic” gear, along with the crescent symbol on his chest, and the cowl over his head.

HYBRID: Whoa…

1/ Moon Knight slamming his fist into the wall next to the thug’s face.

MOON KNIGHT: Why did you do it?
THUG: CUZ-CUZ--

2/ Moon Knight looking over toward the shadows. Another Moon Knight is walking out; he’s the visual opposite of the first Moon Knight. He has on an armored costume, but still with the cloak and cape. He’s a high tech version.

MOON KNIGHT 2: “Cuz” you’re a disgusting pile of scum?
MOON KNIGHT 2: I couldn’t agree more.

3/ Thug’s face.

THUG: I-I GOT PROBLEMS! P-PILLS! I DIDN’T TAKE EM AND--

4/ Moon Knight 1 holding up a crescent dart to the thug’s face.

MOON KNIGHT 1: We’ve ALL got problems, you little sh*t.

5/ Hybrid’s shocked reaction as he looks on.

HYBRID: SMALL TEXT: TWO of them?
CAPTION: MIKE: What are you waiting for?
CAPTION: TYLER: W-well, he’s a guy sorta like us, um, Moon Knight is—maybe he—they-- won’t do anything. Give him a chance.

MOON KNIGHT 2: Take out his wallet. I’m going to let you get his family, too. Chances are they’re not innocent.

1/ Moon Knight 1 pocketing the blood covered blade, while Moon Knight 2 pockets the wallet.

MOON KNIGHT 2: His victim cried out for vengeance.
MOON KNIGHT 1: We’re Moon Knights. We act under Khonshu’s will, and none other.
MOON KNIGHT 2: Khonshu, the GOD of VENGEANCE and THE MOON.
MOON KNIGHT 1: Praise to him.

2/ Hybrid looking at the two of them, sitting up more, ready to pounce.

CAPTION: TYLER: These guys--
CAPTION: SCOTT: --are NUTS!!
MOON KNIGHT 1: Let’s punish him for Khonshu.
MOON KNIGHT 2: Khonshu hasn’t said so. He might be important somehow.
MOON KNIGHT 1: He reminds me of CARNAGE. Look at those blades. He’s probably a psychopathic killer.

3/ Hybrid rushing at the two Moon Knights, specifically at Moon Knight 1.

HYBRID: Look who’s talking!

4/ Moon Knight 1 ducking under Hybrid’s hand blade.

CAPTION: TYLER: He’s fast!

5/ Khonshu standing behind Moon Knight 2, a hand on his shoulder.

KHONSHU: Rest, my warrior priests. The time has come to rest. I have urgent news.
KHONSHU: Leave this battle now.

1/ Hybrid caught in an explosion, tossed back, the symbiote partially freaking out like it should toward the heat.

2/ Hybrid sprawled out, looking toward the explosion area, any leftover “freakout tendrils” should be recovering by now, to have Hybrid looking normal by next panel. Hybrid is back in his standard white form.

HYBRID: Ghh…
CAPTION: SCOTT: Head…
CAPTION: MIKE: Our head…
CAPTION: TYLER: Hurts…

3/ Hybrid sitting up, holding his head.

CAPTION: SCOTT: I’ll take over…
CAPTION: MIKE: Be my guest. Ghhn.

4/ Hybrid looking down at himself.

HYBRID: We… can take an explosion?
CAPTION: AGONY: We can do a lot of things that normal people can’t, Scott.

5/ Hybrid starting to wall-crawl toward the rooftop where he was.

1/ The Moon Knights entering an abandoned apartment building. The walls are littered with pictures of the Moon, and a statue of Khonshu stands in the center of an empty space, surrounded by candles.

MOON KNIGHT 2: Ahh… church.
MOON KNIGHT 1: I know what you mean. Just… bliss.

2/ The Moon Knights kneeling at the statue of Khonshu, removing their cowls.

3/ Moon Knight 1 (Lockley) is black, straight hair with brown eyes. Moon Knight 2 (Grant) is blonde straight hair with blue eyes.

KHONSHU: Jake Lockley.
KHONSHU: Steven Grant.
JAKE AND STEVEN: Praise to Khonshu.

4/ The statue’s eyes glowing blue.

KHONSHU: Today you have fought well.
KHONSHU: Like all days since I found you.
KHONSHU: You remember what this latest scum did?

5/ Close up on Steven.

STEVEN: He killed a man, said he was full of sin while he did it. Then he ran down an alley.

6/ The statue’s eyes.

KHONSHU: Yes. He claimed visions.

JAKE: Yeah, he said it was the Ghost Rider, told him to do it.

2/ Statue of Khonshu.

KHONSHU: He was a sensitive. He was tuned to the world in ways that most cannot dream.

3/ Jake and Steven looking up at the statue.

KHONSHU: He did not interpret the message correctly; but he heard it all the same.

4/ The statue’s eyes.

KHONSHU: The Ghost Rider is weak.

5/ Khonshu’s eyes, glowing red, in place of the statue’s blue eyes.

KHONSHU: He used up all of his power saving the world from an event that no human could truly witness, outside the barrier surrounding a small town.
KHONSHU: He almost evaporated from reality. But he saved himself by devouring the only survivor, which gave him enough strength to move on and find more.

KHONSHU: But now, he needs a soul stained with pure, perfect sin.

2/ Ghost Rider walking through the prison, dragging two guards with him.

KHONSHU: And he will do ANYTHING to get it.

3/ Ghost Rider smashing a control panel.

SFX: BSHK

4/ Ghost Rider looking up as red alarm colors cover the room.

SFX: RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
KHONSHU: He used to have a human conscious. It’s gone now. Abandoned in the face of certain annihilation.

5/ Ghost Rider facing the inside of the prison, with cells that are now opening.

KHONSHU: The urgent news I must give, is a warning.

3/ SCREAM webslinging above him.

Scream’s design has changed slightly since “World War Symbiote”. Her ribbing has evolved into an almost-spider symbol, merging together and forming a set of fangs at the top of the design (the same applies for her back). Everything else is still the same.

SCREAM: HOW’S A LITTLE LADY LIKE ME SUPPOSED TO CATCH UP!?
MAN: AAAAAAAAA!!!!

SCREAM: We’re SORRY you found the interrogation scene!

2/ Scream grabbing the man by his throat, clearly choking him.

SCREAM: But I can’t have any witnesses messing up our plans.

3/ Scream slamming the man’s head brutally into the wall, utterly ripping his skull apart.

SFX: WHAGGSHHH
SCREAM: We WILL find DADDY, and we WILL murder him! We’ll question EVERYONE and KILL ANYONE who finds us ASKING!
