He’s got his ridiculous costume covered in blood as he lies dead. Khonshu is standing behind Moon Knight. Khonshu here is wearing a black cloak over his body, with a hood over his head that still shows his large beak.
Moon Knight is with his standard gear, including his spiked knuckles from “The Bottom” and “Red Moon”. His costume is worn and disgusting looking. It’s as if he’s been wearing it for weeks on end.

As the shadow robes come off, the shadow over the moon slips away as well, symbolically showing us that the two are connected.
BASTET: Avatar of Khonshu. BASTET: You die first.

1/ The inside of a dark and creepy laboratory room. It’s designed like a morgue, there are the doors in the walls that hold corpses and there are tables that have notes and experiments written down. But, however, in the center there’s a lab table with DOPPLEGANGER strapped down onto it. Since “CARNAGE”, Doppleganger has lost his legs (and now he uses his second set of arms to move the same way he used his legs) – so he’s strapped down by chains onto his four wrists.
Surrounding the pathetic and whimpering Doppleganger are four AIM scientists, one of them is brandishing a surgical saw.

It’s more inbetween his arms and chest, and there are black spikes sprouting out of his spine that get larger as they get closer to his head, and smaller as they get closer to his waist. His wings are rigged and creepy, like webbing almost (but not really webbing).

1/ Full page spread of Ravencroft Sanitarium. It’s a big, clean insane asylum. Structured in an extremely orthodox, even boring manner. There are no gothic gateways, no bare trees, nothing to evoke imagery of that OTHER asylum comic book fans are so familiar with. (Even though most portrayals of Ravencroft are like that – I think that it’s a nice contrast if this particular insane asylum is so sane that it tricks you into a false sense of security, unlike others, which are meant to just plain creep you out). It’s night outside.
Oh, and it’s being attacked by four Iron Symbiotes. A complete set of them, one Iron Phage, one Iron Lasher, one Iron Agony, and one Iron Riot; they’re crashing the structure, bringing up clouds of debris, the usual stuff we saw all throughout World War Symbiote. Bits of debris are also raining down around the area, the Iron Symbiotes are tearing the place apart as brutally as they would any other place.
There’s an Asian man running through a cloud of smoke toward us, panicking, obviously making a break for it. He has about a half inch of black hair (he was clearly buzz-cut by the staff), and he’s in a straightjacket, with his arms free. His jacket and his sweatpants are both all white, though dirtied due to obvious reasons. His name is Tyler(he has that on his straightjacket, a little logo that looks sewn in (and not professionally)). He’s very skinny, and around 6’0”. He’s 22, just for reference’s sake.
CAPTION(Tyler): RUN. HAVE TO GET OUT. RUN.

3/ Tyler is looking over at a Nurse who is looking into the room via a hatch on the only door, which looks large and complicated (think steampunk/submarine style). She has brown eyes.
NURSE: Medication time. TYLER: Thank you… NURSE: The doctor would like to know who’s talking today. TYLER: Tyler. TYLER: Tyler’s talking today.
4/ The nurse enters the room. The Nurse (brown hair, Caucasian, standard white nurse gown, mid 20s by the look of it – not just fan-service either, a real person(apply that to what you will)) has a pill bottle in her hand.
NURSE: Good.
5/ Close up on Tyler’s hand, as he accepts the large capsule pills in his palm.
TYLER: Can I please talk to him? I… I really do feel better. NURSE: Alright. Take your medication first, and I’ll get your straightjacket and bring the doctor in. TYLER: Nurse…

NURSE: Yes, Tyler? TYLER(OP): … you didn’t bring anyone in with you to give me a straightjacket before coming in here on your own.

TYLER: Does that mean… does that mean you trust me? NURSE(OP): Yes. But only Tyler. NURSE(OP): And remember, the doctor doesn’t trust anyone. It’s nothing personal.

Hybrid’s design is basically a blank white form that fits to Tyler’s modest build (he’s basically Peter Parker’s build, skinny compared to guys like Cap but really not a twig or anything). The suit has black, Spider-man-ish eyes (not symbiotic with the rigged edges – it’s basically if someone took everything but the eyes off of Spider-man’s Future Foundation costume).

1/ There are dozens of creatures like the one on Page 2 forming out of the walls. They’re crawling from the walls and toward Agent Venom, who is now dual-wielding pistols.
SFX: RRRRRRRRR CAPTION(Venom): It sounds like an upset stomach. Smells like it too. CAPTION(Venom): Not the best way to start, but I’ll take it.
2/ Back view of Agent Venom. Tendrils are slithered out from his back, a reverse of the position of his arms. The tendrils are dual-wielding pistols as well. He’s firing in all directions.

CREEP HARDWIRE: Hello, Venom. CREEP HARDWIRE: It’s been a long time. VENOM: A long time? Why do you keep acting like we KNOW you?

4/ Monster has fallen over, and he’s now covered in red.
CAPTION(Venom): I hear his thoughts from the time. He shouldn’t have had any, though. He didn’t have a brain. But that didn’t matter. CAPTION(Venom): It made him a new one.
5/ Jack backing away with his hand up, confused.
CAPTION(Venom): Orwell was killed weeks ago. CAPTION(Venom): But the symbiotic abomination that he created kept his corpse moving, searching for food. It almost died. Until Crime Master’s operation showed up.

1/ Close up on Monster, his face no longer covered in Creep, but now back to his old self. Glaring.
CAPTION(Venom): Creep found that all of his consciousness was imprinted onto the symbiote, in echoes, patches, screams. It restored them. Scrambled them all together and filled in the blanks with guesswork.
2/ Monster standing up and grabbing Jack by his throat.
CAPTION(Venom): But instead of gaining a pawn, the perfect tool for revenge against Eddie Brock—it gained a new master. Orwell’s willpower, his lust for revenge, took over. He dropped the feral behavior that had consumed him before when he was alive, and when he was dead.
3/ Creep slithering off of Monster and onto Jack, covering him.
CAPTION(Venom): Creep literally formed itself inside Orwell’s broken skull, creating a new brain for him. CAPTION(Venom): Then it replicated, fueled by his rage.
4/ Monster standing in the facility, all the Henchmen covered in Creep as well, along with Dr. Hardwire.
CAPTION(Venom): But there were other echoes in Creep’s form too. Ones he had picked up along the way.

1/ Monster standing still, but looking down at himself, as if he’s accepting an outpour of information internally. Around him is a flashback that shows Iron Vengeance creating the Iron Wraiths on one side, and on the other it shows Pyre in his heavy jacket screaming out and firing a blast of heat at Anti-Venom.
CAPTION(Venom): His intellect and his hate of Brock doubled. CAPTION(Venom): And that’s how he knew to make his own damn army.
2/ Monster standing in front of a completed Iron Wraith (one of the ones that will become an Iron Phage later, blades for arms), and looking up with a sadistic smile.
3/ Cutting to a different shot from #1, with Monster spreading tendrils onto the Iron Wraiths, creating the Iron Symbiotes.
CAPTION(Venom): And he spread out his super-venom, which his body had learned to naturally produce from long term exposure, and he spread out a small bit of Creep to each… CAPTION(Venom): So he could control them all telepathically. Which means…
4/ Flashback to earlier, a pic of Dr. Hardwire Creep, glaring at Venom.
CAPTION(Venom): If this really is Creep’s true form, the central control, the brain—the REAL Creep….all I have to do is kill it, and Orwell might just die with it.

1/ Close up on Flash’s face. He’s struggling and shouting out, surrounded by red goop. The symbiote is partially covering his face.
CAPTION(Venom): That is, if I manage to surface and get air into my lungs.
2/ Pan out to show that Flash is trapped in a red blob (it extends through the whole panel, so we have no idea where he really is and how big it is – just that it’s Creep). Flash’s stumps are visible, but the symbiote is partially covering them. It’s as if the symbiote is being stretched off of Flash from the inside. The black tendrils cover his arms and are stretching out. His real body is showing in multiple places.
CREEP: ACCEPT DEATH OF YOUR HOST CREEP: MOVE ON CREEP: JOIN THE WINNING SIDE CAPTION(Venom): It’s speaking to the symbiote. But it won’t leave me. I won’t let it. It won’t LET ME let it.

CREEP: Join us Venom CREEP: I gave you power before, power to beat ANYONE CAPTION(Venom): Remember, this freak is responsible for hurting Eddie. Killing him.

Creep is now a partially formed upperbody with vicious claws, and no legs (instead it has a single tendril midsection that connects to all the splattered red on the floor, indicating that he could strike up from the floor at any time if he was strong enough – it’s a creepy unified hive mind thing). Agent Venom is growing, changing into regular Venom.
VENOM: Can’t handle telepathic attacks, can you? CREEP: Stay… away… GET OUT… VENOM: We imagine RIPPING YOU TO SHREDS should do the rest of the job good… VENOM: Whatever YOU feel, the monsters outside feel!

I did the same. But I had to stop my heart to do it. Wasn’t easy, but I managed it well. ANTI-VENOM: And lucky for me, Orwell wasn’t smart enough to try to rip my “corpse” apart… though he came close.

It’s a parody of the famous “Spider-man: NO MORE!” image, where Peter Parker walks away from a Spider-man costume in a trash can. Except there’s no trash can, just a beaten Carnage and a ravaged New York City. Carnage is stretching tendrils out after him, trying to reach him of course.

3/ Agent Venom’s suit changes from his current look into a more “underwater” design. Aside from the spider and eyes, his body looks like a big wetsuit, and his feet have become like fins, and his hands are now webbed. He’s in the water, after just diving in, bubbles all around him.
VENOM: Sir, yes sir.

3/ Phil violently shoves Norah down, but she doesn’t see him. He’s showing a twisted sense of enjoyment, but also clearly acting to show distress.

Hobgoblin is being yanked back through the air by the Iron Lasher, but still maintaining a grip on his sword. Norah is in the foreground and running toward us (and off panel toward the stairs).

CAPTION(Spider-man): I’ve tried calling The Avengers. The Future Foundation. SHIELD. They’re teamed up, out in some eighth dimension fighting the Super-Beyonder merged with Molecule Man and controlled by Dormammu, hence Dr. Strange also not being here. CAPTION(Spider-man): Honestly I’m glad I didn’t get tangled up in that one. (small text)
2/ Spider-man webslinging toward the bugle, far enough away to be out of sight and reach of the Iron Symbiotes.
CAPTION(Spider-man): Daredevil’s busy fighting off his own personal demons along with these things, and that demon thing could SERIOUSLY be taken literally. CAPTION(Spider-man): Spider-girl and my “Amazing Friends” are saving her friends from school, Madame Web and Shang-Chi were arguing about my destiny and I didn’t even get a word in before I plain decided to ditch.
3/ Spider-man slinging through the windows to the floor that Betty/Norah/Hobgoblin are on. They’re already broken, so it’s a clean entry.
CAPTION(Spider-man): I even tried phoning MOON KNIGHT for crying out loud. CAPTION(Spider-man): He screamed at me and begged me to talk to him and tell him how I knew him and who he was… Loony-Moony’s never gonna change.
4/ Back view of Spider-man holding his hands out and webbing toward the Iron Lasher that’s got Hobgoblin in his grip. Hobby is being smacked around by the whip, into the ceiling. Hobgoblin’s sword is on the ground, next to the Lasher.
SFX: THWIP SPIDER-MAN: Hey now! Hands off my Hobby! Is NOTHING sacred?! CAPTION(Spider-man): I told Carlie to be safe, she said she’d try her best. She was investigating a murder crime scene near the abandoned F.E.A.S.T center. Li was good for the area, even if … well, yknow. He was also terrible for it. CAPTION(Spider-man): MJ was also there, with a few other civvies. Apparently it’s become a rescue center for this so called war.
5/ Spider-man pulling back on his webbing.
SPIDER-MAN: Seriously! LET GO! CAPTION(Spider-man): Oh, and I found The Punisher, asked him all nicey-nice-nice. He told me to f**k off. CAPTION(Spider-man): Figures.

2/ The entire scene. Spider-man is perched on a bit of upturned street debris (like a giant glacier of concrete sticking out of the road) and looking down at Toxin and Gina, almost on equal level; just about a feet above.

5/ Toxin’s face, eyes scrunched up in anger, but in his calm state. Pat’s eyes visibly showing.
TOXIN: He sent out a psychic message earlier. It broadcast his identity as well, other things he probably didn’t intend. TOXIN: His name is Orwell Taylor. Monster. He claims he killed Eddie Brock. TOXIN: He wants to take out humanity next.
6/ Spider-man’s face, anger but determined.
SPIDER-MAN: Can you trace it?
7/ Malice looking over at Toxin. Her face is once again covered by the symbiote.
