The Thing V.S. The Abomination. They're both buff, bulky, and very powerful . Sure the Abomination is stronger in many ways, but unlike The Hulk, he doesn't get much stronger as he gets madder, so he's nothing Blue-eyed Benjy can't handle!
The only way to kill Wolverine with conventional means is to tire his healing factor until he starts to heal just like a normal person then finish him off before he has time to rest!
nowadays, they should call themselves "The Mutant Resistance", since they resist anti-mutant activities. Or "The Mutant Support Front" because they support mutant at ANY cost. In fact, this could involve humans as well, because we have seen a few humans who support mutants, if only because some normal humans simply don't see their mutant friends as monsters and refuse to ever see them that way and are willing to fight alongside them if only to prove it.
The Scarlet Witch, I know she's a little funny in the head, but I like the fact that she doesn't mind being with men who aren't exactly "conventional"!
