@Scarbearer: Good point, I like to think the Thing has what it takes to be one of MARVEL'S greatest heavy hitters, but he's afraid of losing his humanity in the process so he'a always holding back, so it's not that he CAN'T become as strong as a god, it's that he's just not that sure if he WANTS to!
@KDarkholme: You may have a pint there, The Goblin Queen wasn't even all that bad AFTER Cyclops left her! she was LITERALLY willing to sacrifice herself to save her only son even though she was supposed to be irredeemable evil now so at least she had some semblance of humanity remaining!
I just don't know, Kingpin could easily beat Firestar in a physical strugglr, but he'd NEVER be able to get that close! (Unless of course, he found some way to trick her in to it...)
@Edamame: Depends on who's powers she's absorbed at the time... If she's got normal strength I might live to see another sunrise, if she's absorbed the powers of a superhuman? My clock would be cleaned!
