@zikascomics: I'm wrong about the Starkiller base. The weapon they fire a beam, using the energy of a sun, and it's unclear whether or not it's a laser, traditional or not. I'm assuming it's not light they're firing, but moreso energy.

As for gravity affecting the speed of light. From the research I found and what I know, gravity doesn't slow or speed up light. This may be a lame example, but think of it more like a giant highway that merges into one lane. Light, which is the car on the road her, is pulled towards the one lane, but it doesn't affect speed. Gravity and its effects on objects is not an area i know a ton about, aside from the basics.

Much of my family was from outside Ottawa (Kemptville & Osgoode). I loved that area. Now, they're all in Guelph, outside of Toronto.
I think i'm gonna stop reading the comments in the news articles, becusce it's nothing, but complaining and it's the same complaints that peoples common sense should have answered if people bulled their heads out of the sand.
Sometimes, it's better to just ignore the comments.
Matt / Tony - You guys mentioned NIU out in DeKalb, IL on your podcast a few weeks ago and mentioned the pizza bites that you dip in sauce. Just wanted to let you know the pizza restaurant calls them beer nuggets. I went to NIU and them pretty much every week.
Also, it's funny, you guys always appear to be short on time every week you record your podcast. I'm trying to remember the last when you guys didn't mention the time.

If I recall, we went to Pizza Pros by the Junction a lot in my college days and I think they were called something else. We always asked for "Cheesy Yums Yums," and the phone person already knew where to deliver it to. Maybe we just never knew the name of them. I have so many inappropriate NIU stories, and I never even went there. I just drove out from Chicago and stayed at friend's houses every weekend.
I am busy with work too but I could totally find a couple hours to talk comics with my bros. Something seems a little fishy, but maybe I'm just paranoid. Hope everything is okay!
I don't really want to speak for him, but he's fine. His work schedule has changed.
