Of course it doesn't look like Zoom, but that shouldn't matter. The creators have never put up any pretenses that this was supposed to be the Hunter Zolomon Zoom that we know from the comics. It's not even from the same reality. I don't get why people are so riled up that it's not faithful to Zolomon-Zoom when it was never supposed to be Zolomon-Zoom in the first place.
