I remain skeptical. The only good films in the Animated Original Movies line are Wonder Woman & Under the Red Hood. Everything else ranges from decent (Apocalypse), to mediocre (Crisis), to downright terrible (JL War).

Superman vs The Elite opts to disagree with your analysis my friend :P That comes under the good films category in my books. A damn great adaptation of my second favourite Superman story. Not the best animation I concede but the story and action made up for it.

As for this trailer, it looks alright. A decent voice cast, a serviceable plot and good visuals should make for an interesting viewing when we see more of this film.

I haven't actually seen that one; it's one of the only two Animated Originals I haven't caught yet (The other being Unbound because I have yet to read the Brainiac story arc and I don't want spoilers). I just couldn't get over the movie's art style. Supes looked really funny there. Maybe I'll give it a shot one of these days.

Superman vs. The Elite is my second favorite DC animated movie, right after Under the Red Hood. I didn't like the art style going in, but the story quickly made up for it and pretty soon I was so invested in the movie that I didn't even notice the goofy designs.

I also really liked Crisis. I thought Apocalypse, All-Star, TDKR, and Unbound were all pretty decent, and while Flashpoint was immensely flawed, I did overall enjoy it. The rest have all kind of floundered though, and JL War was just downright bad. I still haven't seen Son of Batman or JL Doom, but from what I'm hearing, I don't think I really need to hunt them down.

This whole story sounds like it pulled directly out of a movie, and with the timing and everything...

I don't know. I won't rule it out, of course--it's entirely possible that Singer is a scumbag, but until we have more information, I'm not siding one way or the other.

I'm one of like 10 people on the internet who actually likes the Transformers movies. But this movie just looks completely awful. I'm not saying that as a Turtles fan, either. It just looks really, really bad.

They should get a new writer and relaunch it. They should've done that with Green Arrow too. And Batwing should've gotten a relaunch as New Batwing.

That IS exactly what happened with Green Arrow, new writer and a "soft reboot" as of the 17th issue and it became the best book DC is publishing. And I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "New Batwing," but that series also got some new writers and something of an in-story reboot

Probably gonna get a lot of flak but..The whole Slade thing in Teen Titans...Got out of hand. First of all he hardly did anything himself (like a couple fights) and the whole..immortal thing was just weird.

To each his own. Personally, I loved what happened with Slade's character. It's easy to remember Teen Titans as a childish comic relief show but looking back, there were some seriously deep and dark storylines too--this was one of them. And Slade throughout the series was consistently menacing and "in control," something I always appreciated.

She hasn't shown the strength necessary to actually deal damage to the velociraptors without her equipment.

I'm ridiculously excited. This is the kind of story that Grant Morrison was born to write.

I don't think it was really am implication at any point. I mean, he probably wasn't trying to kill Captain America in the woods, but other than that, I think his showings in the movie, such as his fight against Hulk and battling the Chitari, were pretty much giving it his all.

I like the idea of him being faster than Superman
