Question...

This might be a stupid question, but it's 12:30AM and my brain is killing me trying to figure this out...
I'm trying to sort out all my comic books by time period... I've got a bunch of the Uncanny X-Men comics and what not, and I'm trying to figure out where I would put in the House of M story arc...

I'm assuming it would go after either Uncanny X-Men: The New Age : First Foursaken or Uncanny X-Men: Rise and Fall of the Shi'ar Empire or Uncanny X-Men Extremists.... and obviously BEFORE Messiah Complex  (I only own the Messiah Complex of the 4 I listed... and everything before First Foursaken)

Where would it fit into my collection? Again might be a stupid question but if anyone can help, it would be appreciated !

Issues 462-465 were the House of M issues.

You should just randomly toss your issues in any arrangement. Then if you want a particular issue to present itself, for your reading pleasure, you just demand that it make itself known to you. You have to have discipline with keeping your comics in line. They sense fear, and you really have to show them, you are the boss. This way you don't have to sort ant books in any order.

Just sit back on your sofa, and shout out. UNCANNY X-MEN #456. Then watch it jump right up into your hands.

Hey, who are all these people with white coats on... oh you want me to wear this pretty looking white jumper with straps on it? Sure...

I used to keep my collection in chronological order but then my collection continued to grow, and now.... my Messiah Complex is next to my Mutant Massacre and my House of M is next to my Necrosha... I got used to it!!!!

@papad1992: ahahha i know what you mean... i'm constantly switching up the order of my comics it's crazy trying to keep them all in chronological order, especially when i get older issues and try to fit them in :P

I usually get the volumes if anything..... and I tell you, those things are hard to place in order with something else that corresponds at the same time!!! I just gave up.

@IllyanaRasputin:  You know a way to fix that problem... rip the volumes in half!!!

Go to their individual issue pages. It will say what month they came out in. Then you can compare them to what issues of other series came out at the same time.

Yeah but then you end up with two big bulky books that need to mesh!!!
