Reasoning: First off, I would get MM to shape-shift as me. Any threat of danger, I'm pretty sure he can handle. I would lay low at Superman's Fortress. If any danger finds me I have All Star Supes and Iron Man to protect me. Tony can make me a suit. Superman can make me a serum so I can have his powers for a day. Between the two of them and me in a iron man suit or with the powers of Superman, we can handle any threat. Oh yeah....MM got our back too.

3. After 2 Kaiju kill (if they make it this far), Kaiju will respawn 2 at a time
4. No Phoenix powers for Jean...unless you don't mind that she wipes out your team in the process.

Avatar Team all the way. Katara can manipulate all of Aqualad's weapons. Toph, the greatest earthbender, can easily defeat Terra. I'm assuming this is regular Terra not Slade controlled Terra. Static is easily defeated by Azula. Didn't Static have a enemy with fire powers? If he struggled with him, beating Azula is almost impossible.
