I will go with Galactus and Dark Phoenix on this one.

Remember Dark Phoenix can extend beyond space and time, so she can go beyond jim jasper's abilities and also that of phantom stranger.

I really doubt if Kal can crush the devourer of planets just by strength alone, unless he also eats planet.

Cyclops but Deadpool will surely give him a hard time doing so though.

Question though what is the significance of the poor chinese village? does it pose any threat to the characters? difficulty? and when you say chinese village, do you mean the old one or the contemporary one?

Xena without a question...she is a Princess for goodness sake! and Buffy? well she is Buffy the....vampire slayer.

Sarcasm aside, Xena battled gods and goddesses head-on without dying while Buffy dies twice in fighting high powered overlord vampires and a goddess and was just revived.

I am playing on the theory that Kurt Wagner when put in this battle situation will use his powers in a different way.

He will hold parts of Deadpool and teleport each part away like holds his head and teleport it some place else, then his limbs, in another. Until Deadpool is disassembled. But I don't know if he was able to do selective teleportation but the concept is cool.

For me, it can also be not making adamantium to liquid form but rather change its' shape, since metal is highly malleable it can be bended, so the incident where in Magneto extracted it from Wolverine is that the adamantium was made to go out of Wolverine's pore and skin so it passed through like veins.

true but this spawn is the strongest to ever exist. he's done things that has never been possible to other spawn and he wields the most powerful symbiote to ever exist (K7-Leetha.) I think the fact that spawn has been evolving means that he has surpassed his initial strength, which makes him more than a match considering he was stronger than every other spawn even before his first evolution. I don't know I think its a good match."

Since some answered already, then I will answer it, the only way to kill the Darkness is have him in earth's daylight thats just about it or have him have s*x and his seed will carry his powers. Other than that, he has the power of a god - unlimited creation and destruction. My vote goes with the Darkness its fullest capacity.
