My Justice League Lineup

The Justice League is simple. Get your best and brightest together and let them go at it to help save the world. What if they did more than just punch though, what if they were each experts in an area needed to help build the world into something new?

List items

  • Gotta have the trinity, naturally. It's unavoidable. He's not the core member here though, he's almost a reserve, a 'big gun' the league calls in when things are too tough to hack on their own.

  • The trinity is a lock, and Batman serves as a tactician as usual. No surprise there. He's the team's crime expert. He's also the foil to Wonder Woman's more compassionate and less measured leadership.

  • Wonder Woman fills out the big three, and does the actual leading of the team, forming a direct personal connection with each of the members. She's the lynchpin, the peacemaker that keeps the egos at bay. Without her, there is no league.

  • John Stewart is the team's alien expert, with knowledge, or ability to research, all things extra terrestrial. He's the point man in their long range defense of Earth, as well as the chief architect behind all their infrastructure. Stewart isn't just here for his ring, he's here to help build the League into something incredible.

  • The Flash is a must, and Barry is the man. He gets to be the team's science expert. Ready with all the technobabble you can stand. Of course everyone gets in on it, but Barry's encyclopedic knowledge of everything nerdy and his speed force-enhanced brain make him a must have in the lab. It helps that he's faster than anyone on his feet to boot.

  • Hawkgirl, Kendra, comes in as the team's historian, with her memories spanning throughout human history all the way back to ancient Egypt. She's also a monster in the battlefield.

  • Aquaman, like Superman, doesn't always show up for every meeting. But he is the team's magic expert, though Wonder Woman knows most of the basics, he has more experience with it from Atlantis, and he's come to believe in what the League could be, so long as his voice remains well respected on it.
