New Goblin could probably take Chief w/o the armor. New isnt that that far behind with strength (i dare say comparable but im behind on my halo lore) but his lack of combat skills, poorly trained reflexes, and inferior weaponry will give him a loss

mismatched all around. Robert Frank Tops out at 100 mph, Quicksilver is easily hypersonic but flash is FTL

BW, got more body, curves, and is overall sexier. SW is cute though

Damage is stronger and more powerful, at normal levels I doubt Nitro can do much to Damage so I'm giving it to him

colossus wins- stronger, better fighter, more experience

RF wins because his high end feats are better, also a more aggressive and knowledgeable speedster

Storm wins for the same reasons colossus beats girder, plus she can fly

nightcrawler is superior physically and a more powerful teleporter

I would say most of the time they understand more about self sacrifice all that so yeah
