He was frontin the entire time. Easily angered, lacking in overall experience and training, and very insecure. He will probably eventually be a great character though
If the energies that you weild allow you to do things that are outside what a person is capable of doing at maximum human potential then you are superhuman. Chi is a natural energy and using your bodies natural energies don't make you superhuman because everyone has the potential to do so. IF is a bad example because the chi he uses isn't his and belongs to an immortal dragon so he falls under the superhuman category, someone like Shang chi does not.
It also depends on the rules of said reality, by marvel and DC standards, DBZ characters are superhuman but by DBZS own rules that's a loose term considering and person can train themselves to do what they do
Comics without too much effort. Proteus is out of his depth, so is scarlet witch and legion. Franklin can survive a fight with a few celestials but wouldn't win
