4 words... "Bring me a sextant!"

Other Thoughts: Week 3 has a lot of solid books, but nothing extraordinary this week. Out of the good books, I'd say Birds of Prey and Green Lantern Corps are laying some good groundwork. Blue Beetle is getting ready to return home (as I was hoping he would), Catwoman reveals more about the Dollhouse (creepy, but interesting bad guy) and has a very expected twist at the end.

Week 4

Great - Awesome, top picks of the week: Batman: The Dark Knight, Batman Incorporated, Justice League Dark

Good - Solid book, want to read next week: Aquaman, Flash, Green Lantern: New Guardians, I Vampire, Justice League, Superman

Top Pick: Batman: The Dark Knight

To be honest, I was very surprised how good this turned out to be. I thought the Penguin mini was okay, but wasn't sure how that would translate into a monthly book. The result is a Batman book strong enough to stand among the likes of 'Batman' and 'Batman and Robin'. Now all we need is Detective Comics to get better and we'll be set! Of course, this may be over-eager praise considering I'm only one issue into the new writer's run, but this has certainly been the best issue of this book so far. Things to look forward to: a creepy revival of a classic Batman villain, a look at Bruce's dating life and one page of Damian that's pretty funny.

Bottom Pick: Aquaman

Everything got at least a "good" rating this week. Aquaman is the bottom pick because it felt really short this month, like not a lot actually happened.
