When it comes to Spidey i like to think its only been 10-13 years since the spider bit him. Or in DC I'd think that Superman has been active for around 15 years and Batman around 13-14 years However those are really rough guesses. Also when it comes to Superman he was on New Krypton for a whole year which means its been at least 2 years in DC since infinite crisis took place. I don't know if it is just me but its hard to place exactly when Superman was on New Krypton. I accept that it doesnt always have to make sense, they are comics after all but the past could be made a bit more solid.

Everyone knows that time in comics moves a lot slower than in real life. We also know that comics are on a sliding timeline but several events are set in history (like Captain America in WW2) other events are slid around a bit. However i noticed recently in comics time seems to be moving more realistically. For example its been several years in Marvel since Civil War. What I'm asking is how do the timelines of DC and Marvel respectively fit onto our real world time line?

I was thinking that Nate might've been absorbed by Omega through the Omega Machine. In Dark X-Men 1 they mention the psyches of the mutants Omega absorbed all in his head. Nate seems like the one mutant who could take advantage of that and free himself from Omega and release all the other personalities within him.
