Favorite Artists

Though I respect all comic book artists and think that they all have beautiful and unique ways to interpret our beloved comic book heroes I must be honest with myself and admit that I do have favorites.

  Michael Turner's name is the first to pop up in my head when people ask me about my favorite artist. His art alone speaks for itself but the man inspired me with his life. Some people say we should never meet our heroes but they must not have ever thought of Michael Turner as such because from what I can see he was a sweet, kind man who left our world far too soon.

  Ed Benes is the typical male, drawing girls in a way that leave guy comic book geeks gawking and girl comic book geeks blushing or rolling their eyes. But we all have to admit the man does have great talent.
