The hammer isnt inherently heavy, it has a magical enchantment that means only certain people can lift it. If you cant lift it, then you cant lift it, unless you can somehow break the magic making it un-liftable. There's no way Hulk can get strong enough to lift it.

Something is just that strong and when a stronger power enters, it over powers the weaker one...

Batman unamred... Big Daddy camps ona building with a sniper, Kick-Ass charge in as a distraction, Hit Girl jumps out of the shadows when the time is right... You need to give Batman prep or atleast his gear. Unarmerd Batman can only attack close range and Big Daddy is a star sniper shoot!

Without any sort of amplification, Superman's greatest feat is destroying half a moon. And it nearly KO'd him in the process. Both BRB and Thor have shattered planets and planetoids.

Even without knowledge, that only limits Thor and BRB in the sense they they are less likely to pull the Solar energy out of Superman's body.
