@mrcarder: From what I've been reading of the show. It's not going to start at 'who killed retro girl'. Though it will be an early story. Also, from Bendis saying that he considers the book and show to be in parallel universes and the little titbits we all gleaned from the trailer. I think it's gonna deviate from the comic to a considerable degree.
So the comic itself isn't necessarily required reading for the show. Though, it's fantastic and you probably should read it anyway. If so? Yeah, start at the beginning. It's not one of those comics you can drop into anywhere else.
@kaang_the_watcher: 1st round? Moon Knight. He's a better H2H combatant. 2nd round, I'd have to say Hawkeye. You've given him an edge gear-wise here. He wouldn't be able to stop and armored Moon Knight with an explosive arrow but he could certainly slow him down with one. Mk is a bullet-timer. He could conceivably dodge some of Hawkeye's arrows. If MK gets tagged by the explosive one or near enough? He's got good enough damage soak feats and rep to still be in the fight afterwards. He's not going to be able to dodge any of Hawkeye's arrows though. If he has enough left in his quiver, Hawkeye could pick him off at range without too much trouble.
Otherwise, It's a case of Moon Knight closing the gap enough to make close quarters combat. He'd take Barton in that situation (especially if he dodged the HI-EX arrow on the way there), Katana/nunchucks regardless. Better armor, H2H skills, W2W skills and H2W skills. I'd still give majority to Hawkeye for 2nd round though.
