yeah i found that part annoying, the fact that no bullet got to him is absurd, even on the levels of comical and silly characters like rambo and matrix(commando) even the took a bullet lol.
Hey guys , i have a little rant here about the damage system in games these days especially in shooters, ok here is the thing when you get shot the screen gets red or blood splatter or whatever, it really hinders your game and downrightconfusing, annoying. Instead of fullfilling its purpose of notifiying you your taking damage it gets you killed because of its distraction, take uncharted for example the screen fades and gets blood all over it the more you get hit it becomes worse it starts to fade become black and white and thirty percent of the screen is red ,you die really fast because of that. Even hack and slash games are adopting this annoying mechanic so you can only imagine how worse it becomes Hence i ask my question whats so appealing about this , its ugly , its distracting it takes the fun out of the game, why more and more games use this, is the health bar really that unattractive? Opinions anyone?
