Some of them are, but not all of them. Some off the top of my head:
Steven Universe
Gravity Falls
Regular Show
Adventure Time
Ed, Edd 'n' Eddy(not just for nostalgia, the show has deeper meaning on the whole when you look at it; though nostalgia plays a role)
Generally, kids shows nowadays seem to have a deeper meaning to them hiding under the veil of childish entertainment, which is amazing. It makes them both childish and adult.
Exactly. I wouldn't believe for five seconds that all those references and deeper topics are meant for a completely kids show. Like the Steven Universe and all the relationship issue references
SU is rife with huge relationship stuff. And lesbian rocks.
@nerevarine_11: so? Am I supposed to be upset? Who cares.
It's obvious torch can't just supernova him. He's concerned with collateral damage and having his teammates...
Nobody said you have to be upset or angry I'm just making a forum thread about it. If you didn't care you wouldn't have came here to post.
And I'm pretty sure Torch doesn't need some massive AOE to project his heat to be hot enough to destroy his teammates or everything around him. Hes attacked foes with intense heat and controlled the intensity of it many times before. So thats not an excuse.
And its not like Torch needs to go Supernova to beat Creed anyways.
Nobody even knows his true name(Supposedly can't be pronounced or understand by mortals according to Strange).
He comes from a higher dimension called Everinnye together with Nightmare and is older than the 616 itself, in fact, Dweller was in there when the previous universe ceased to exist and the new one began.
Oh. Interesting.
Was he inspired by Lovecraftian Gods or something?
