Dc only has feats for superman it seems. with Marvel they have feet for most of their mega powerful heroes so dC fans want to see Dc heros do big things
Deadshot all the way. It's a gun. Anything else and it's Bullseye, but it's a gun. Deathstroke doesn't outshoot Floyd. Neither does Arsenal. However I think Cold would be More effective.
