Zeus when defeated Phanes wasn't also created. It's hard to understand but it's true. Since he became the alpha and the omega, the past, the present, the future, etc....

You are way off base here. They are comparable in strength and speed. However, J'onn is arguably more durable than Superman as he can increase his density or absorb the surroundings into himself. J'onn definitely has the superior healing factor. He has regrown himself from just his hand before. This is not to mention his telepathy, which could end the fight in a second, or his intangibility.

The fact that J'onn even needed to regrow from just his hands stated that his durability is far below sups, also tell me any strength feat superior to Sups, and no his telepathy wouldn't work on sups, also he can't be intangible forever.

Well apparently it's safe to say that he's omnipotent in Orphic myths. He swallowed "Phanes". Practically call "The God" who had unity with the universe. And was far beyond all the gods combined, he was even more powerful than the creators of the universe which were Ananke and Chronus. He had no beginning and no end, he was the alpha and the omega.

Zeus swallowed him whole, and therefore the whole universe became in his belly.

If Zeus was created then he couldn't have been the alpha, and nor omnipotent.
