@brothereye:

You know, seeing Hardware linked with Steel would seem like an awesome fit! :D I could totally see the two working together but having a bit of a clash of personality even that would be great source of intrigue for the reader. Plus, helps that both have techno-suits ;)

Oh yeah! And they have worked together (and butted heads) before in the past. But they do respect each other's skills, and on a side note it would be awesome to see how Natasha Irons and Technique played off each other (considering their both attractive, bright, strong Black women).

Who both have techno-suits!:)

@brothereye:

Add Steel & Natasha Irons teaming up with Hardware and Technique on a semi-daily basis to take it to Alva Technologies (among others) and you've got a deal!

Spartan can reform himself from any damage, and he is a former kherubim warrior so his extremely skilled at east on the same levelof skill as the coda are. he has communicators built in and has shown the ability to form them from the side of his face (he is an android made in the image of the kheran warrior Yon) he is extremely intelligent and has very sensitive sensors. on one occasion he even used his sensors to assertain temperature changes in a specific area comparing them with what they should be vs what they were currently and this allowed himto effectively run a computer program in his mind showing the past. he can sense brain waves allowing him a primitive way of reading minds. he can create copies of himself and transfer his mind into whichever one he wants should he ever be impaired. which is rare because he once fought majestic (yes he is strong enough to fight and even KO majestic) and had a hole blown through his torso and kept fighting and even knocked majestic out. He is a very capable hacker and has a bevy of gadgets he can make out of his own body.

Sounds like a mash up of Red Tornado's Psudocyte-based healing factor with a little Vic Stone thrown in for good measure. Gangsta.

And yes, Orion and/or Dr. Fate DO need a lot more air-time!^-^

I too have massive ideas for the New Gods. Very fertile ground over there...

They banned you? What the hell for?!?

@lvenger:

My man! For extra drama, you could have Natasha join the Pro-Reg side initially only to get her mind right later and join her Uncle John & company.

Kids today. What can ya do?

@lvenger:

Cool idea. I would actually read this under one condition: Steel is Anti-Reg. That due to his working for and becoming a multi-millionaire at a corrupt government contractor like Amertech. He knows what evil a bureaucracy can do ESPECIALLY with this kind of information (secret identities, powers, weaknesses, etc...). No way he'd let himself be a part of that and as much as it would hurt him to do so, he'd fight his former allies to prevent his hand from being forced to join. Batman would also likely need tech support and backup since he'd also be leading the charge in his side of the war. Having Steel as his right hand man would take a great burden off of his shoulders, IMO.

I normally see eye to eye with you on everything mon ami, but I think you missed the mark on at least 3 of these:

  1. Batroc. The guy is a villain, so he lacks victories over his primary adversary due to plot. But the fact that the very superhuman Spider-Man was seriously wondering if he had superpowers during their battle due to Georges' skill level and agility is a TREMENDOUS accolade to his h2h skills. IMO.
  2. Cardiac. He's a guy that's so smart, he built his own version of an Arc Reactor-type of device to keep himself alive. He is much stronger than Spider-Man, and his Arc Reactor device is powerful enough to create building leveling blasts when channeled through his staff that combined with his Black Panther-like Vibranium body armor prove that dude is not a game. Plus I love his "Erik Larson's time at Marvel-esque" costume!^-^
  3. Protocide. That guy was a freak of fcuking nature, straight up. Anybody strong enough to effortlessly put Captain America AND USAgent in a position to get consistently pwned is a BAUS! The guy and his shield made of still unrevealed materials was easily able to puncture USAgent's Vibranium shield like it was made of aluminum foil or something. Not an easy task, to be sure. This guy needs to remain "at large within the Marvel Universe" because as soon as he resurfaces, somebody is going to get killed.
