As a regular reader, I can add some context to Uncanny Avengers, if you like. :)

Scarlet Witch was summoning an load of mutants to fight the Apocalypse Twins and the Horsemen Of Death, but she had convinced the Twins and The Horsemen that she was really going to trap all of the mutants, to be removed from Earth. Rogue was mistaken, and could have really screwed things up if Scarlet Witch had died instantly.

Rogue was killed by Grim Reaper, not Wonder Man. Wonder Man may be dead too. Scarlet Witch was channeling his power to use for the spell, and him disappearing may be his death. I suppose we'll find out next issue who's definitely dead and alive though.
