This offtopic, but I would love to see Miguel O'hara integrated into the current timeline. That may actually be the problem: future stories are fine for a mini-series like Age of Ultron, but once you start going into an ongoing you slowly lose connection to the main universe.

While it's fun to see what these characters would be like in 30 years, I don't know if I could sit around for 50 issues of that. Change it up, or just go back to the main continuity.

Marvel had 2099 twenty years ago.

I want to see a quick run with Sophie Pettit from Cable

post apocalypse stuff, Fallout-esque, covering the four years, iirc, in between Cable's appearances.

issue one

What to do with 100 guns and 100 blue tights? (what happens right after cable #4 or 5 in her timeline of 2043?)

issue two

First followers, securing ground

issue three

turnpike interference

issue four

turnpike interference 2

issue five

What was she doing when she saw Cable and Hope again? (right before Cable #23)

I really love that shirt XD. "Save the cheerleader, save the world".

More on topic, agreed on all points. Future series are always cool. I, personally, am more interested in the present but it's nice to have a few (alternate) future series going on, too.

I've always said that an ongoing Batman 666 book (where Damian Wayne is Batman) would do very well.
