I guess this kind of answers some of the questions about where many of the Xmen's heavy hitters are.....They are being put into the Avengers books. I'm really getting sick and tired of x-characters being plucked away to the Avengers and Inhumans and GOTG and every other book out there while we sit and read books about time travel shenanigans and yet another decimation. Funny how no Avenger ever joins the Xmen. Its not like there are no mutants who were primarily avengers first or associated with them. Where's Justice and Firestar etc. No every mutant doesn't have to be in Xmen but do we constantly have to loose our xmen to other books all the time. I know it sounds complexish but geez I can't be the only one who sees this sh*t
@koays: @raunjisto: I never read that so it never happened. As a rule let's never ever refer to the huge pike of horseshoe*t that was Spiderman and the Xmen.
I stand by what I said...Hellion and Laura would have been better. But really just give her the backpack if its a solo.
Just more evidence of how stupid this O5 thing is. The actual story wasnt that bad. Though I still dont agree with Wolverine being a mantle to be passed, I mean is it terrible that she remain X23 or if we just need a name change give her the original name she was supposed to have...Talon. Also I would have much preferred that it be Hellion in that role instead of Angel. I find it kinda funny that Angel would be all cosmic now considering what he must have seen as his future. Or even better why not just let X23 have a jet backpack like Cyclops and Hope had....you know since it's supposed to be a solo right as opposed to a team up.
@mcklayn: I guess it would damage the Unity aspect of what Rogue is doing and maybe she's there as a plant I'm not sure. But I would certainly be interested in this
@adamtrmm: lol yeah. That should make it easy to dismiss huh. The fact that it follows continuity somewhat because we all know that continuity is taboo at Marvel now and should never ever be considered. We can't tell good stories because of continuity right??
