So in the Day of the Doctor, the Doctor showed that, while working with his past selves, he could start calculations and plans in one life that would take centuries, then pick them up in another life instantly.

I wonder how this new feat (along with his existing abilities) will rank him against one of Marvel's most powerful beings.

Well a run of the mill angel can survive it, and we're comparing Thor to Lucifer, who is pretty much the peak an angel can reach, along with Michael, so I'm putting my money on no.

Still, it killed 3 of the seven deadly sins personified, so there's that.

Well it's one of a very small number of weapons capable of actually killing a demon in the supernatural universe, which are otherwise pretty much indestructible and can only be defeated by an exorcism which just sends them back to hell.

Not sure how that translates in to angels/ gods etc. though.
