Current Piccolo was able to easily overwhelm SS1 and SS2 Gohan and can compete with Mystic/Ultimate Gohan, Toshio Yoshitaka the script writer for Super stated 17 is on par with Gohan and they are a little beyond Piccolo so Piccolo should win this with that level of strength plus his regeneration.

1. Sektor and Cyrax win this with superior strength, weaponry, and both can teleport

2. Fett's win this since Boba is basically Star Wars Batman with Prep

3. Harder to say, Jango has beaten Jedi bare handed so he could go toe to toe with one cyborg, Boba prefers his intelligence, stealth, and weaponry so in a random encounter he may be overwhelmed, giving it to the cyborgs

With the fact they get the early jump on him and both can teleport I see them taking down Bats, both are super strong cyborgs who have at least League of Assassins level skill even before cyberization. Both wield explosives and both are different enough that if Bats gets a read on one he won't have the second one figured out.

I wanna say stops at Doomsday, by this point Doomsday has died from Energy attacks and super strength beatings from individual and multiple combatants. Pretty sure Goku goes down with him.
