H day: No more humans.

I got to thinkin' today while I was bored at my crappy job.
Where've all the human characters gone from X-men?
Character like Moira McTaggart, Senator Kelly, Henry Gyrich, a police officer who used to help out the team from time to time, several interesting human villains and the occational love interest too.
The stories felt a lot stronger when the humans weren't all off panel.
I know with the whole Utopia thing humans are pretty distant but for me Utopia's gone on long enough and it's time the X-folks returned to the main land. Osborn's out of the picture now after all.  And who are the gang up against? Vampires?!? Local comic shop peeps seem to think teleporters are bein' killed off to make leavin' the island more awkward too.
No wonder I 'm quittin' :(

Moira is dead (mystique killed her ) idk about kelly , Gyrich was in charge of the avenger initiative till he got demoted, if the police officer ur thinkin of was Charlotte , Archangel's old gf , then that ones easy they broke up a long time ago (around the onslaught saga if memory is correct). in my opinion the x-men stories have been  going down hill for a long, long time . ive almost  have completely given up on the x-books (save for x-force) . hope this helped in some way

Thanks.
I know what became of the human characters I just wanted to point out I felt the stories were stronger with them involved.
I agree the X-stuff's is pretty terrible these days though. Too many big events and bad desicions.

i agree, human interactions remind the x-men that they are supposed to be fighting along side them not segregating themselves on an island. I vote that they bring back Annie, and her son still be a mutant.
