Captain America vs Chris Redfield

MVC3 is out and it got me wondering who would win the fight. 
 
Fight takes place on a shield hellicarrier.  Both are bloodlusted and this is Resident Evil 5 chris and Steve rodgers as cap. Chris has his best weapons.

Kratos vs Shao Kahn

This is GOW3 Kratos vs Shao Kahn. 
 
I don't know all that much about kahn so forgive me if this is a bad fight. 
 
Kratos has the blades of exile,hermes boots,  helios's head, hades claws,Golden Fleece,magic abilities, the power of hope, and the nemean cestus. Kahn has his hammer and anything else.  I didn't add the blade of olympus because it was too powerful. Oh and also the nemesis whip to his list.
 
Fight takes place in outworld in kahns throneroom.
