The Doctor (what, Marvel published his comics for a while :P :P :P )
More seriously, Professor X, most high end telepathy users, and as @thanosii said, way to many.
Wonder Woman, GL and Flash, possibly Cyborg, all had telepathic resistance/immunity. While it's not been showcased yet, it's possible they still do. Flash, at least, should still be immune to telepathy.
@greenteaforme: "Dr. Strange is depowered now, and is pathetic. He lost to Magick 1-vs-1. Current strange is embarrassing."
dude Magik was Phoenix-juiced. Not to mention she didn't actually beat him. He said he had her, he just fell out of it for a sec. Yeah his writers don't fuck with him nearly as hard but he's still the mf'in Sorcerer Supreme.
She was not. This was when the Avengers first went to confront the X-Men. Did you even read the comic?
Question has no identity, and no name for Light to use. He'd be able to figure it out, especially with his line of thinking being much more conspiracy-uncovering-y.
Anything that isn't main-universe continuity, hasn't been retconned is canon, obviously. New52 feats are not canon with Pre-N52, simply because the characters as they are now would not be capable of their pre-N52 feats (all heroes seem to have been significantly depowered), not to mention age and origins are all different.
Alternate universe, "Elseworld" and cross-over feats can be brought up if they are in-line with the general spirit of the character, I believe. But they are not concrete, merely for consideration.
If we are to say "crossovers/AU are canon", then Storm would have defeated Wonder Woman. This is due to fan votes deciding the outcome. I hope nobody is actually silly enough to believe that Storm could ever harm Diana, let alone beat her 1-on-1. This is why things out of main, current continuity cannot be taken as canon.
Otherwise, I would constantly bring this up in favor of Wonder Woman beating ass. "She dragged the son with minimal effort." would put her in a strength class to one-shot Thor. But the Silver and Golden ages were retconned, so we don't use their feats as canon evidence.
@greenteaforme: As I mentioned in my prior post, Spiderman isn't going to be hit with anything that the Bat family has if he's morals off. His reflexes are too good and his spider sense works too quickly for that to happen.
