@atheistknowledge:
I wasn't talking about Amadeus Cho.
I'm referring to when Bruce Banner/The Hulk returns, and these foes/threats are those I'd like to see him/them face. And before you give me the whole "they're too powerful for any single being to defeat" speech (not that you will, but just in case), you do realize that some threats have to be extremely complex and powerful in order to challenge the hero, to make them think of other ways besides force to deal with them. It also adds more potential to the story itself. Heck, we've seen the likes of the Fantastic Four, Thor, the Eternals, the X-Men, etc. come into conflict with beings like the Celestials and Galactus, who are far beyond them in power/might, yet it hasn't stopped them from trying to battle against such forces nor has it hindered these stories from being engaging/interesting.
That's what makes Hulk/Banner so unique. He's got power & intellect. Imagine what Hulk/Banner could do if they would not limit themselves and hold back, imagine what they could accomplish if they were to set aside their struggle for control.
Speaking of which, I have a question for you and all of those who are not keen on the current Totally Awesome Hulk series.
What if this whole Totally Awesome Hulk series involving Amadeus Cho is just a fun prelude to something truly incredible? What if it's just a little something until Banner/Hulk do return and then they'll have some equally epic stories that will be written by Greg Pak himself? Would that make this Amadeus Cho as a Hulk scenario storyline worth it?
I think so.
