In order for the Bats to really make use of the prep, they're going to have to build some major weapons to take down their heavy hitters like that anti-Hulk satellite gun Stark had. I can't see them doing anything major in a years time w/o getting the attention of the Avengers, Shield, etc. So...yeah. Whatever they do with a years worth of prep, I don't think will be enough for them to do anything about the big guns on the Avengers. Crazy martial arts prowess isn't going to do much against guys that can crush tanks like soda cans.
Turn Earth into a paradise (no wars, violence, pollution, etc), experiment with life on other planets, create a multiverse (if there isn't one already), create my own pocket dimension/home base where I can see all realities and can create a vast library of knowledge, then strip myself of most of my powers (lower level reality manip + immortality). Omnipotence scares me. Seems like I would get bored and lose any desire to live (or go batshit crazy).
Edit: I'd also make an Ultimate Nullifer thingy just incase someone else evolves into omnipotence and I don't like them :) I'll keep it in my home dimension on the mantle above the fireplace.
I like JGL, Looper was frakin' awesome, but I'm not a fan of reusing actors in different comic book films. It bugs me for some reason. There's enough talented actors to pull from. Get some fresh faces in these films. At this point, comic book films are so popular and lucrative that they don't need to just go for the A-list/recognizable actors.
