This feels extremely forced. Part of me definitely suspects they killed off Ultimate Peter simply to be able to do this storyline. I mean, if you want to be ethnically diverse and have more minority characters, why not just... make a new character? Or at least give it some time before you sweep Ultimate Peter under the rug and rush out your new headline grabbing Spider Man. I reject you, Mr. Morales. You will never be Spider Man. Enjoy your run until you get canceled. May it be soon.

So this pretty much puts a nail in the coffin of hopes for a Power Girl title. She isn't even in JLI? I think we can pretty much assume that after 35 years they are dumping her. I hated this reboot at first. Then I got cautiously optimistic. But they've lost me. No Batman Beyond. No Power Girl. I'm out. I'm done. I can't continue my other titles when some of my absolute favorites are gone.

It breaks my heart that two of my favorite titles, Power Girl and Batman Beyond don't appear to be getting relaunches. Yet we get some absolute garbage like Swamp Thing and Batwing. I was pretty freaked out by this at first. Then I started to accept it. But it seems like I have no real "future" in this new line up. I also had Batman and Robin as well as Generation Lost. Neither of which are continuing in the way that I'd like. I tried to stick with it, DC, but you just don't want me.

Generation lost was really good though, but agreed. Reboots cause us to have wasted our money.

Have they said which titles are surviving? As a fan of Power Girl I am extremely worried. I mean they JUST announced the reformation of JLI and then this happens? I mean what the fuck was the point of Generation Lost, since its just being destroyed by the reboot?

I've never liked the series. At first it was the Scooby style "Villian of the Week" first three seasons. From there, they went off the rails in such a trainwreck of a fashion that I just... I just... dear God. I don't even know how or where to begin. Can I start with, I hate Chloe? I really, REALLY, hate that Mary Sue of a character. I hate that the show is basically the Chloe and Clark show. Chloe marries Green Arrow? Red Arrow is their son? I mean, WTF? But the last episode was just bad.
