Actually I think I fixed that yesterday but it wasn't deployed until today. Let me know if you see more stuff like that because I've been messing with z-indexes lately.

@AmishAvenger: What version of Internet Explorer are you using? What page (URL please) are you trying to edit?

@ArtisticNeedham: Can you trying starting Firefox in Safe Mode (http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting%20extensions%20and%20themes#w_start-firefox-in-safe-mode)? That will rule out any add-ons you might be running as the cause of your issue.

@Hypo-Calvinist: What 'add image' button are you clicking?

@pikahyper: What are you browsing?

@Cezar_TheScribe: It's not an error. That happens in one of three scenarios:

1. You're using an iPad, iPhone or iTouch.
2. You're using IE8 or below.
3. You're spoofing your user agent to be one of the above.

This should be working again. Sorry about that.
