Guys... If you really want to use real life physics to discuss about comics, at least use them the right way.
Any macroscopic object moving at relativistic speed in a medium like air would cause chain nuclear reactions, so I'm a little annoyed of people using science to calculate a black hole pull on a comic character, or guestimating the material of a planet and cherry picking scientific informations when they don't fit the general narrative.
IMHO dodging a light beam won't make you faster than light, just a little faster than the guy who is shooting laser at you.
OT: naruto seems faster, but it could depends on the way the scene is directed. Neither of them are light speed, furthermore, both of them use some form of precognition.
