Ryu by game feats is a easy 20 toner and has speed enough to blits some of the best fighters in SF universe. He also has building busting energy attacks. Not to mention the bet fighter of a universe devoted to super human fighters.

Spidey can beat current BP easy. Luther can beat current BP in a fight.

Current BP is the weak link due to no Vibranium armor that I know of.

Fan Votes is just that, a popularity contest :). the Mirage turtles would murder Batman as well the 2000s show. The current IDW can swing either way.

Kharn moves faster than Mach 2 Reaction space Marines. He also has kept up easy with Slaanesh demons and worshipers who all have speeds that equal Dark Eldar by game sheets. That makes them move and attack faster than the human mind can process.

Kharn still tears them to pieces in combat by the droves. He is super fast. i do not have specific feats for him other than the handful that exist, but in every feat i have he tears apart super fast Space Marines and Slaanesh worshipers with no effort in droves.

I have tons of feats to show Space Marines are easy super sonic speed in reaction feats. They also physically move so fast they appear as blurs to the human mind.
