Jen wins. Colossus might be a bit better in raw strength and to some degree in striking, it’s kind of negligible. Holding up a mountain of rubble, stopping a train head on, causing shockwaves for miles while fighting Rulk, KOing a Wendigo, etc. And he’s durable enough to take a couple hits from Thor, Hulk, Red Hulk, Champion, Gladiator, Sasquatch Juggernaut, an amped Juggernaut, KuurthJuggernaut, high powered beams from Cyclops. Just some off of the top of my head.
But Jen has kind of done a lot of that as well. She’s hurt Hulk, Red Hulk, Red She-Hulk, Thing, Iron Man, Wendigo, Sentry, Thor, Abomination, Samson etc and taken hits from those guys as well. So while Colossus might have her in raw strength, his best fights Jen has probably matched and done more so against more bricks.
So while I could give Colossus the slight strength edge, Jen has bigger advantages in speed, skill and her healing factor to make up for any durability edge Colossus may have. Colossus is a decent fighter, but he often forgets it. He says he often just tries to punch up with an opponent rather than actively use his skill. Jen has been trained by Ben in boxing, and by Captain America and Gamora. She has actively used her skill in fights with Iron Man, Hulk, Abomination, Champion, and has used pressure points to defeat people while in her human form. It will be a fun fight but Jen has done better against bigger and stronger opponents on a more consistent basis than Colossus and bigger, stronger opponents than Colossus. His one or two stat edges, if given, won’t overpower her own stats, skill, and healing.
